Our Thought Parameters

We define Generation Y as those being born between 1980-2000. Generation Y, or Millennials, are the children of the Baby Boomers (1946-1964) and older Generation X-ers (1960-1970).

For a more culturally and personal definition, we consider Generation Y to be those who can remember a time in their childhood where they had VHS players, bulky desktop computers, large box TV sets, and mobile phones without a full keyboard or the ability to flip.
